Essonne: here is the best pastry of 2024 in the department

After the competition of the best pastry in Val-d'Oiseplace for the competition of best pastry in Essonne 2024. Organized this fall, this gourmet competition brought together a certain number of artisan bakers and pastry chefs ready to battle it out to achieve victory and leave with the much-desired trophy.

To do this, the candidates had to make and present two flagship pastries of French gastronomy, namely the Paris-Brest and the apple pie. A jury, made up of professionals and experts, had to taste these numerous pastries and decide between the candidates, taking into account in particular the taste and texture.

After deliberations, the jury decided and finally appointed Anthony Letissier of Maison Letissier, located Massybig winner of the 2024 competition of the best pastry in Essonnein the category “ Business leaders ».

On the second step of the podium, we find Jérémy Leygue from the Pain Sucré bakery and pastry shop in Saint-Germain-lès-Corbeilfollowed by Stéphane Guichard from the house Les Petits Gourmands, located in Athis-Mons.
