The objective of this ceremony is to promote all the professionals who, every day, work in people’s homes and who improve their daily lives: help for the elderly and people with disabilities, household chores, ironing, childcare, delivery shopping…
This edition rewarded 10 winners from more than 200 candidates who competed in three categories:
– Personal Service Trophy: “Household Assistant” – Personal Service Trophy: “Care Assistant”
– Personal Service Trophies: “Childcare”
– “Jury’s favorite” trophies
The Personal Services Trophies were born in 2013, when these companies came together to imagine how they could promote the professions of “domestic workers” and “care workers”. The idea of organizing trophies made it possible to bring together all employees and enliven this community through a competition encouraging excellence. These trophies are open to all structures, companies or associations.
In 10 years, this employee competition has become the benchmark in the sector. Tuesday evening, we found delighted candidates, enthusiastic employees who were delighted to have been in the spotlight during this event, and loyal partners gathered to celebrate the professions in Personal Services.
The SAP Trophies are recognized throughout France and take place today in many regions and departments. In 2024, seven trophies will take place: in Isère, in Rhône, in Occitanie, in Saône-et-Loire, in Normandy, in Ile de France, in Morbihan, in Finistère and in Réunion.

“For several years, the home help sector has struggled to recruit staff even though the number of people wishing to stay at home as long as possible is increasing. This is why the President of the Department of Saône-et-Loire, André Accary, wanted to make home care a strong focus of his mandate. The Personal Services Trophies are fully in line with this objective. They help to highlight these professions and the commitment of employees. They encourage the initiatives and creativity of those who carry out these missions. The Department of Saône-et-Loire therefore wished to renew its support for this 2nd edition of the Trophies. »
