Actor Emploi has just been created in Vernon. A company like no other whose originality is as much due to its longevity – it is ephemeral – as to the quality of its representatives. The sixty associates who make it up are in fact all looking for work!
7 weeks to find a job! This is the challenge that State representatives and employment partners in the Vernon area have collectively taken on thanks to the implementation of an innovative system: the ephemeral company. Presented a few months ago to various stakeholders, this innovative concept quickly won over its audience. “We collectively took up this subject in order to demonstrate that we had, in this territory of the department of Eure, the capacity to develop this original initiative”, rejoiced Nicolas Lebas, sub-prefect of Andelys, present for the official launch of the operation.
Its concept? Reveal the talents of job seekers through a daily and real situation serving a company of which they are the main partners, and whose ultimate vocation is to find them a job.
“This company, whose official name was chosen by all of its partners, is “Acteur emploi”. Like a real company, it is structured around several departments (HR, communications department, sales department, IT department) and each associate, depending on their skills or inclinations, will benefit others from their work,” explains Christine Beaupel, coach within the company and representative of the 30 FAB firm, at the origin of the concept.
“If HR will take care of the CV aspects and interview simulations, communication will ensure the good promotion of the system in the territory in order to make it known to companies. The salespeople, for their part, will either meet employers to identify their needs or make appointments so that representatives of the economic world can, first-hand, see the work of the associates in this unique place that is the Manufacture des Capucins. . Finally, the IT department will take care of both the equipment and the creation of our database,” continues the trainer.
If this is a first on the scale of the department of Eure which, through the Job 27 platform, was responsible for identifying candidates, Normandy has already had the opportunity to experiment with this innovative device.
“In Normandy, this initiative has already been tested in Condé-en-Normandie, in Calvados, where the teams from Vire and Flers, at the time of Pôle emploi, were strongly mobilized. And the result was more than satisfactory, to the extent that 95% of the structure's partners were in employment in the 6 months that followed,” explains Christophe Birette, territorial director for the Eure department of France. Work.
In Vernon, the partners of Acteur Emploi now have until December 19 to prove themselves…
