The Rouen Métropole Chamber of Commerce and Industry has just revealed the name of the winner of the 20th edition of the Graines de boss* competition, of which it is a partner: MARCH 21. A project led by Caroline Dierib and Clémence Habib who offer a new and innovative offer in teenage women’s lingerie.

21 MARS aims to become the reference lingerie brand for young girls aged 10 to 16.

For Caroline Dierib and Clémence Habib, “the lingerie market for teenage girls in France is still too segmented, between an offer that is either too childish or already very feminized and gendered, whereas there is a real demand for a more targeted, adapted offer. to the needs and desires of young girls who are no longer really children, nor quite yet women. We were recently challenged on a personal level by the absence of an offer really adapted to their age group while at this key period that is adolescence, lingerie plays a major role in taming the femininity”.

Faced with this observation, the two co-founders of the brand wish to offer:

  • specifically designed and adapted models,
  • a varied and original catalog,
  • a unique, caring and fun purchasing experience.

“By participating in the Graines de Boss competition, we want to put all the chances on our side to gain visibility and strategic advice thanks to the national reach and the network to which the competition can allow us to access,” explain Caroline Dierib and Clémence Habib.

21 MARS wants to help teenage girls aged 10 to 16 to have self-confidence, to assert their personality and to become the fulfilled women of tomorrow by creating a lingerie brand that is totally dedicated to them.

Also concerned with ethics, 21 MARS is committed to offering comfortable, durable and high-quality products. Across the entire production chain, the two designers are keen to work with service providers who share their values and respect workers’ rights, their safety, their health as well as environmental standards.

21 MARS will represent the territory during the grand final which will take place in Paris on June 25, 2024.

The jury also awarded 2 other “Coup de coeur” prizes to:
