Following the dissolution of the National Assembly announced by Emmanuel Macron, legislative elections will be held on Sundays June 30 and July 7, 2024, just two years after the last election. In total, there are 577 parliamentary seats to be filled, for a period of five years. The official submission of applications closes on June 16. Here is the list of candidates declared in the single constituency of Creuse.

1st district of Creuse

The outgoing MP is Catherine Couturier (La France insoumise)

The declared candidates are:

Jean-Baptiste Moreau : the former deputy for Creuse (2017-2022) starts again under the label Ensemble pour la République. Alexia Monnet will be his substitute.

Valérie Simonet : the president of the Departmental Council launches into battle under the colors of the Republican right. Laurent Daulny, mayor of Dun-le-Palestel is his deputy.

Catherine Couturier : the outgoing MP is the candidate of the New Popular Front in Creuse. She goes back into the campaign with her deputy Arnaud Chapal.

Bartolomé Lenoir : the boss Les Républicains de la Creuse is supported by the National Rally of Jordan Bardella. Lauriane Walle will be his substitute.
