In Coutances (Manche), the Vallée eco-district continues to evolve. There was still one plot left for sale in this space located on the heights of the city and inaugurated in 2019.

An announcement during the last municipal council
“It is now the subject of a purchase offer. At the end of 2024, all the plots will therefore be sold,” announced Pascal Langlois, first deputy for employment and the economy, during the municipal council meeting on June 13, 2024.
Another development is coming in the Vallée eco-district: work on the carports, which will begin in early 2025.
