A Tour de France today, when it goes around , he takes the staff and journalists who arrive, who consume in town and who make the local business work in general. For business it is already the party before the party. […] There are even people who come the day before who will eat and sleep in Valencia… The hotel and catering industry is the king of the moment”continues Georges Rastklan.

A strategic arrival location

The latter also finds consistent the location of arrival of this 17e stage, which will end on Roosevelt Boulevard: “It’s perfect. It won’t block the entire city and it will leave free access to local shops”. To best prepare for the coming of the 3e sporting event the most watched behind the Olympic Games and the World Cup, the City of Valencia will begin a large communication campaign from next May. A press conference will take place at the start of 2025 to present the outlines of this large communication campaign, during which Valencia will gradually dress in the colors of the Tour.
