Prepare your arrival
In practice: It is advisable to contact your Espace France services, by telephone 05 53 65 85 14 or by email, before your arrival in order to best prepare for your appointment. The France services advisors will be able to tell you what documents to bring to effectively carry out your administrative process.
You are independent in your procedures but you do not have any IT tools (computer, printer, scan, internet connection, etc.) The France Services spaces are equipped and you will be able to access the tools freely, free of charge.
If you want to learn more about digital technology (data protection, creation of digital identity, use of applications, etc.), digital advisors can support and train you.
