After 'My mobility, 'My health, 'My future, 'My activity', 'My construction' et 'My daily life'the first six Allianz France ecosystems launched from the end of 2017, then 'My prevention' created in 2023, Allianz France has just created an eighth ecosystem.
Dedicated to theoperational excellence, it operates transversally and focuses on projects to transform operational processes through innovation and new technologies.
Ten years of experience at Allianz France
To take the lead, Allianz France has chosen internal promotion in the person of Romaric Hatit. A graduate of École Centrale Supélec, he began his career in 2003 in business consulting at Accenture then Colombus Consulting. Since 2011, he has held the position of Director of IS strategy, design and transformation at Malakoff Humanis.
He then joined Allianz France in 2014 as director of enterprise architecture before successively becoming director of architecture and data in 2019, director of information systems in 2021 and director of transformation in 2023.
