Born in Deux-Sèvres in 2016, the “La Première Voix” springboard is a prestigious singing competition which has already had seven successful editions. This year, the Berdoues Festival Committee, seduced by the concept, decided to call on one of the co-founders of the event, originally from the region, to transfer the competition to the Gers. The final will therefore take place on April 12, 2025 on the stage of the Berdoues village hall.
Fifteen amateur singers, carefully selected, will have the opportunity to perform in front of an enthusiastic audience and a jury made up of music professionals. These experts will have the delicate mission of deciding between the talents and designating the winner. The winner will be offered valuable rewards to advance their musical project, including a day of recording in the professional Hesat Recordings studio in Pessac, as well as internships in renowned music and singing schools.
Call for applications
Artists wishing to try their luck and live an unforgettable musical experience can submit their application by completing the form available on the website www.lapremierevoix.com before December 31, 2024. A preselection committee will meet at the beginning of January to establish the 2025 class and will contact the fifteen finalists to tell them the good news.
A renowned jury president
This edition will have the honor of welcoming this year, Magali Ripoll, singer and musician with a rich and varied career, very appreciated by the public of all ages thanks to her role as lead singer in the orchestra of the show “N’oubli pas les Paroles” on France 2. “It’s a real privilege to have him among us,” declares Florian Olivarès, one of the event’s organizers.
