Pink October, breast cancer screening awareness month, has ended but actions in favor of associations committed to supporting cancer patients continue.
This is the case this Monday, November 11 in Lédignan, with a sports and family day, organized by the Lédign'en scene association and all profits from which will be donated to the Rouviéroise association Les Roses du Gard. This association offers free supportive care to cancer patients or those in remission at Maison Rose et Olivier. A unique place created by Hélène Milan, director of the association which offers around twenty activities provided by volunteer therapists to members.
The association Les Boucles roviéroises de La Rouvière also mobilized to participate in this day. It will offer two cyclorandos of 80 and 40 km, leaving at 9 a.m. from Lédignan college, with a refueling stop in the morning halfway through in front of the old cooperative cellar of La Rouvière.
Rouviérois who would like to make a donation to the Roses du Gard are invited to join the supply stand.
