To make itself known, the new France Travail Pro agency in Morlaix presented its actions and services during a forum organized on Thursday November 7, 2024, at Le Cristal, in Plouénan. In particular, she detailed the aid offered to local businesses in terms of recruitment. No less than 48 companies from the Morlaix region, in all professional categories, were welcomed by Maëlle Boucher, deputy director of the Morlaix agency France Travail Pro, and Sandrine Schifres, head of the business team. “We want to introduce companies to our recruitment assistance options, the various recruitment approaches and methods,” underlined Sandrine Schifres.

France Travail Pro offers entrepreneurs an online publication of offers and advises business leaders on the search for candidates. She also takes care of various administrative and legal formalities online. France Travail Pro also provides employer certificates, takes care of the professional security contract and social declarations. “Our goal is to reach out to businesses to offer them a whole range of assistance,” explains Maëlle Boucher.
Six dedicated agents
In total, the Morlaix agency has six agents who offer various services including listening, advice and finding the right candidates. It also takes into account pre-employment training, professional immersions, financial aid and provides information on the digital labor code. The search for little-known professions, the way of presenting an offer or even the recruitment work for suitable candidates are part of the missions of France Travail Pro.
In all, “86.9% of companies that contacted France Travail Pro say they are satisfied,” specifies Maëlle Boucher.
