Thick black smoke has stained the Rouen sky since around 5:30 p.m., Wednesday June 26, 2024. It comes from the Charlotte-Delbo technical center, consumed by a major fire. Located rue Roger-Besus (left bank), near the Jardin des Plantes, the building is currently the subject of emergency services.

Around twenty fire engines are mobilized according to -.fr . The media specifies that it is a “violent warehouse fire with a risk of spreading to the main building”.
