21st Unifrance Audiovisual Export Awards: the 9 nominations

Unifrance will award its 21st Unifrance Audiovisual Export Awards on December 16 at the Trianon in , during the evening of the PROCIREP Prize for the French Television Producer of which it is a partner. Every year since 2004, these awards reward the best-selling French audiovisual programs in the world.

The Audiovisual Export Awards highlight both the professionalism and know-how of French distribution companies as well as the international appeal of French creation in the three program categories of animation, documentary and fiction.

In 2023, sales of French audiovisual programs remained at a high level of €203.4 million, showing a drop of 5.3% compared to 2022, which turned out to be an exceptional year. For the third time in 30 years, however, they exceeded the symbolic threshold of €200 million, confirming very good performances.

Named programs are determined by the hourly turnover of the program.
The winners of each category of the Unifrance Export Awards are then determined by the vote of international buyers invited to the Unifrance Meetings in .
