Veteran heavy metal band Judas Priest will return to Montreal on September 13, 2024 for a concert at the Bell Center. The Swedish band Sabaton will provide the opening act.

This stop in Montreal is part of the second portion of the tour Invicible Shield, from the title of the group’s 19th album, launched last March. The show at the Bell Center will launch this portion of the tour with 23 additional dates. Montreal and Niagara Falls are the only two Canadian cities of the lot.

Judas Priest’s last presence in Quebec dates back to April 2022, when the group played at Place Bell in Laval and at the Center Vidéotron in Quebec. This time, Quebec City will not be entitled to a concert by the English group.

The show in Laval in 2022 won over our metalhead Bruno Maniacci (see his review here).

Tickets will go on sale this Friday, June 14 at 10 a.m. here, but a pre-sale from the artists will precede, on Wednesday, June 12. Additional pre-sales will take place throughout the week.
