50 minutes to prepare a holiday menu is the challenge of chef and pastry chef Cyril Lignac in his culinary and entertaining television show “Tous en cuisine” broadcast on M6, Monday to Friday, from 6:30 p.m. Two recipes were made on the Place du Duché in the presence of Jérôme Anthony, his assistant, in great form, who made a triumphant entry on a horse-drawn carriage, in front of a large and won over Uzetian audience.

A New Year’s Eve main course and dessert for 5.72 euros

The prepared dish was scallops with cauliflower cream. For dessert, a puff pastry pear and chocolate sauce was made. The objective was to offer these two recipes at a smart price, i.e. 6 euros. A successful bet because in total, the two preparations, which could be found on the table for a New Year's Eve, cost 5.72 euros.

The municipal music school covers Christmas classics

To set the mood during the ad, 25 musicians from the municipal music school of Uzès performed Christmas carols such as Jingle Bells. “It was the town hall that asked us to come. We made a special program with well-known Christmas songs and music in a festive spirit”commented conductor Ennio. Julien Courbet and his daughter were among the celebrities who made the two dishes as part of this show. Representatives of Restos du Coeur also pitched in.
