The events took place in the early morning, this Thursday, on the RN249, near Nueil-les-Aubiers. A vehicle violently left the road before ending up on its roof, according to information from West France. The accident occurred on the national road which links Bressuire to Cholet.
Indeed, a motorist would have lost control of his vehicle, before the car ended up on its roof. The impressive accident occurred the day after a major pileup, which also took place near the village of Nueil-les-Aubiers, in the Deux-Sèvres department.
One person injured when leaving the road on the RN249
Even though the accident, which occurred around 6 a.m., was extremely violent, only one person was slightly injured. The miraculous victim was treated on site by firefighters from Bressuire, Nueil-les-Aubiers and Mauléon. She was eventually transported to the hospital.
The incident led to temporary traffic regulation, since the RN249 remains a busy road for motorists. As a reminder, an impressive pileup took place the day before this accident, i.e. on November 13, in the middle of the afternoon, between Beaulieu-sous-Bressuire and Nueil-les-Aubiers. Fortunately, the pileup did not cause any casualties.
