REPORTAGE – As in every American election for 100 years, the oldest cocktail bar in Europe is organizing a fictitious vote for Americans expatriated or on vacation in France. In a century, the result has only differed from the official vote three times.
Red cap on his head, Tom wears a broad smile as he hesitantly slips a ballot into the ballot box, under the amused eye of his partner Megan. The couple from Minnesota, on vacation in Paris, have just voted for Kamala Harris. The setting, however, has nothing to do with an embassy.
