“On this day of November 11, we welcome Jean-Luc Mélenchon, his choice to come to this 37th pacifist gathering testifies to his and our fight against all wars”, indicates this Tuesday, November 5, on the Facebook page of the France group Insoumise of Creuse.

Gathering begins at 10:30 a.m.

The leader of the LFI is expected from 10:30 a.m., on the village square of Gentioux, where the famous statue of a schoolboy raising his fist stands, alongside the inscription “Cursed be war”.

“Commemorations only have meaning when they connect history to the present. This honor that we give to those who died on the battlefields is a constantly renewed call for peace between men of good will,” continues LFI 23 on the social network.
