The fifth edition of the Laurels of local authorities of the Territoire de will take place this Tuesday, November 5 at 6 p.m. in the Belfort village hall. Organized by the Est Républicain, this event aims to highlight the original and innovative initiatives taken by the communities of the department. Despite a particularly uncertain context, the elected officials of the Territoire de Belfort have succeeded in bringing many structuring projects to fruition. So many achievements which will be honored during the ceremony.

Among the different categories in the running, digital transition and development, public works, environment, culture and sport, accessibility as well as a favorite. The winner of the “My beautiful village” competition, organized this summer, will also be highlighted during the course. The municipalities of Anjoutey, Essert, Frais, La Chapelle-sous-Chaux, Leval and Recouvrance were in competition.

Finally, in an Olympic year, the evening will be dedicated to sport. Among other speakers, the mental and sports coach Laurent Duchêne as well as Jade Maraval, French junior champion in the javelin throw.
