Advertorial. This short, face-to-face training is intended for business leaders and employees.
A reference in France and locally, Greta offers qualifying or diploma training in many sectors. But the organization also knows how to adapt to the needs of active people. “We are also in the process of offering short, operational training courses by adapting to demand”says Aurore Trauchessec, professional training advisor for the sector.
Thus, it contributed to the launch of a brand new e-commerce training module, the first sessions of which begin on November 4. A 35-hour training course, available every Monday or in a week of your choice. It is dedicated to traders, business creators, craftsmen but also to employees and job seekers. The idea is to train these audiences to create their e-commerce showcase and to know how to manage content. “Today a company must exploit all the distribution channels it can reach in order to increase its turnover by targeting a clientele that it did not have until now”notes Aurore Trauchessec.
Short, face-to-face training
Complete training where the business manager will improve their digital marketing skills and know how to sell their business better. “At the end of 35 hours, your site must be operational. The person creates their site during the training, it’s very individualized”continues the training advisor. A module adapted because it takes place face-to-face to support certain people who do not fully master computers. Ultimately, it will be developed remotely.
Companies can ask their Opco (a skills operator) to finance training. Please note that the tools used in particular for the creation of the site are all free.
In the tertiary sector, Greta CFA Gard-Lozère offers a catalog of short and operational training courses intended for companies. “We are launching a two-day training course dedicated to social networks: how to communicate on these media? We are targeting a new audience who wants to progress in digital communication: customer loyalty, creation of a professional profile, content creation and management”announces Aurore Trauchessec. Training also carried out in person in Nîmes.
New ideas are flowing to Greta. Another project is already underway: that of setting up a professional title, a recognized certification for Manager of commercial units with a focus on logistics in order to train Bac+2 managers. This will mainly be done through an apprenticeship contract and a professionalization contract over a shortened period of eight months. The first sessions start in February 2025.
