This Sunday, November 24, the Worlds Rugby Awards took place in Monaco. Following the public vote, France XV scrum-half Nolann Le Garrec received the trophy for the best try of the year for his achievement against England during the 2024 6 Nations Tournament.
French rugby is doing well
The Racing 92 player was at the conclusion of a great collective movement while the XV of France won (33-31). Author of two tries with the Blues, the 22-year-old can boast of having an award-winning one.
Trained in Vannes, Nolann Le Garrec was not the only Frenchman rewarded during this ceremony. Antoine Dupont was named best player of the year at 7 while the coach of the Blues Olympic champions Jérôme Daret received the coach of the year trophy.

Marine Ménager won the prize for best rugby union try of the year for women, for an achievement scored against Canada.
