Like every 1is November, the Remembrance ceremony this Friday allowed us to pay tribute to the fighters who died for France. The opportunity to bring to life the motto of French Remembrance: Memory is ours, immortality is theirs . In the heart of the Niort cemetery of Les Sablières, many wreaths were laid. From harkis to sailors, veterans of Indochina to soldiers who died during external operations, including prisoners of war and soldiers, all paid with their lives for their commitment.
