The confrontation continued with posts, on Facebook and Tik-Tok, the conflict which, on the night of March 20, 2023, culminated, in Naples, with the murder of an innocent man, Francesco Pio Maimone (whose family is defended by lawyer Sergio Pisani), the young aspiring pizza chef was hit in the chest by a shot fired during a fight in which he had no involvement, triggered only by a kick on a pair of shoes. brand. This was explained today, during the trial which sees in the dock the alleged murderer, the young man of twenty years Francesco Pio Valda, and a group of his relatives and friends, the police investigators judicial of Naples which, coordinated by the Dda (pm Antonella Fratello), took care of the analysis of the videos collected by the video surveillance systems acquired in Mergellina, the place where the murder took place. The checks also included the so-called web patrolling thanks to which the skirmishes between the two groups of young people who clashed that tragic night on the seafront of the Parthenopean capital emerged. The virtual confrontation sees the group attributable to the Valda and Aprea families and the boys coming from the Traiano district and the Soccavo district. According to what emerged from the investigations, the posts were published almost exclusively by anonymous profiles just after the murder and also after the arrest of the alleged perpetrator, found with an alleged accomplice, Pasquale Sainz, in a house in Ponticelli belonging to the uncle of the latter. In the posts published on social networks after the arrest of Francesco Pio Valda, many showed their solidarity with him and, in some messages, indifference to the possibility of a maximum sentence also emerges: “we toast to perpetuity”. Today’s hearing, in room 115 of the New Courthouse, was characterized by the examination of investigators and videos which made it possible to reconstruct the entire case: from the origin of the fight, murder and escape of the alleged perpetrator helped by his friends. In the videos, in addition, Francesco Pio Valda, is captured as he walks away with his arm extended downwards, as if he was holding something in his hands, which he then hands to one of the women who charges him in the car, an object which then, again according to what emerges from the images, is placed in the car, a Fiat 500.
