Bruno Schenk is now responsible for Wipro’s Swiss activities. He succeeds René Mulder, who is leaving the company. Before joining the Indian IT service provider, Bruno Schenk was the Swiss director of Eviden, a subsidiary of Atos.
Indian IT service provider Wipro has a new head for Switzerland. Appointed Country Head and Managing Director Bruno Schenk, will report to European CEO Pierre Bruno.
According to the Wipro press release, Bruno Schenk has more than 25 years of management experience in different sectors and regions. He was notably CEO for Switzerland of the company Eviden, a subsidiary of Atos. According to his Linkedin profile, Bruno Schenk held management positions for Atos or its subsidiaries from 2020 to May 2024. Before joining Atos, Schenk worked for Zühlke, Ericsson and Alcatel-Lucent, among others.

As director of Wipro Switzerland, Bruno Schenk succeeds René Mulder who held this position since February 2021, according to his Linkedin profile. In its statement, Wipro thanks Mulder for his leadership over the past four years and writes that he has decided to take on a challenge outside the company.
