A by Adina expands to Europe with the opening in Vienna.

This is the brand’s first expansion outside of Australia, three years after its initial launch. The new hotel will be located in the DANUBEFLATS Tower in Vienna, Austria, and will feature 108 high-end apartments ranging from studios to two-bedrooms.

“Adina Hotels was the very first Australian hotel brand to enter the European market, around 15 years ago.” “So it’s exciting to see the elevation of this brand – a sort of ‘sophisticated maturity’ if you will – with the launch of A by Adina in Europe.” – Asli Kutlucan, Managing Director of Adina Europe

The A by Adina Vienna Danube Hotel will offer guests a variety of amenities, including a bar, a cocktail lounge and a restaurant with a terrace overlooking the Danube. The fourth floor will host a wellness area, with a gym, a Pilates/yoga room, two saunas, a rest room, a wellness bar and a panoramic swimming pool heated all year round.

“While A by Adina Sydney Hotel guests are drawn to the Sky Lobby and spectacular views of the Sydney CBD from Dean & Nancy on 22, A by Adina Vienna Danube Hotel guests will naturally head towards the spectacular infinity pool, which overlooks the Danube and Saint Franziskus Church in Vienna’s Old Town,” said Antony Ritch, CEO of TFE Hotels.

The project is developed by local companies S+B Gruppe and Soravia, in collaboration with BWM Designers & Architects, which guarantees high standards in architecture and design.

“Since our initial launch in Australia in 2021, we have always considered and planned to introduce this premium hospitality brand to new markets, and so expanding into Europe was the natural next step for us” – Antony Ritch , CEO of TFE Hotels.

The hotel’s location in Vienna provides access to the historic city center, leisure parks and Vienna’s largest shopping center. Guests will also be able to take advantage of the nearby leisure facilities, including Donau Park, the best cycle paths, the Danube free swimming area and boat rentals on Lake Kaiserwasser.

Antony Ritch, CEO of TFE Hotels, highlighted that the A by Adina brand will set new standards for accommodation in premium apartments in Vienna. Asli Kutlucan, Managing Director of Adina Europe, echoed this sentiment, noting that the Vienna location will build on the strong reputation that TFE Hotels and the Adina brand have already established in Europe.

The A by Adina Vienna Danube Hotel is set to open in the first quarter of 2025, bringing a new level of luxury and convenience to the Vienna hotel scene.
