Bressols. Rowing, rowers still shine in Brive

The arrival of summer is quite an emblem for the Bressols Rowing Club, whose results still illuminate the sometimes prestigious pools. This week, the local club again recorded very good results which reinforce the training efforts of the entire management team. The trip to Brive was once again a great success for the Bressolais rowers, who demonstrated numerous advances in propulsion techniques. In this still very symbolic journey, rowing improves well-being and helps to relieve stress. In the open air, a source of relaxation, in close contact with nature and a change of scenery, we discover the landscape from another angle, by sailing along the water: “This represents as many sources of fulfillment as of pleasure”, Bressolais leaders assure us.

Brive and then Vichy

During this last trip, it should be noted the very good performances of the 4xJ16 mixed boat with Cléa, Alban, Jules and Marion, champions of the Great South-West and qualified for the French championships in Vichy. Without forgetting Lucas and Lorenzo in 2x and Amaury in 1xJ16 also, seventh and twenty-third, and the three minimal crews, with Élisabeth, Hugo, Sylvian and Charlotte in mixed, sixth and one place from qualifying for the French championships. Alice, Mila, Mélanie and Julia in J14 girls, ninth even though they are only 12 years old, and finally Arthur, Arnaud, Ilyas and Sacha in J14 men’s category, in thirteenth position. A good omen for the future.
