Conditions are still a little humid from daybreak with showers present to the east of a Saint-Marie/Saint-Philippe line with a trade wind flow which is gradually moving to the North-East.

For information, we recorded, during the night, more than 20 mm at Le Baril, 45 mm on the heights of Sainte Rose and 6 mm at Saint Benoît. Everywhere else the weather is quite pleasant and bright.
During the day, the atmosphere becomes cloudy again in the department with small showers which develop here and there in the highlands with a preference for the highs of the East, North and West. The sun still makes beautiful appearances around the coast and in particular on the west and east coasts of the island.
Maximum temperatures rise by a few degrees with 26 to 29°C expected on the coast, 22 to 24°C in the cirques and 13 to 15°C at the volcano or Maïdo.
The wind is shifting from the north to the northeast with gusts of around 40 km/h expected along the west coast around midday. Breezes dominate the North and South of the department.
The sea is slightly rough to rough with a trade wind swell of around 1.5 meters which breaks mainly on the east coast.
