ROCHEFORT-DU-GARD Tea dance with Marco Imparatori on October 20

The second edition of the dancing ball will take place on October 20 in the Jean Galia complex in -du- to meet the demand of residents, enchanted by this event.

Come take a little side step to a waltz or a tango and revisit your classic French songs. After the great success of the first edition which brought together 180 people on the track, the Rochefort-du-Gard Festival Committee is relaunching the machine with a second edition of the tea dance, organized on October 20. “People really come to dance. Last year they were already asking for the next tea dance,” rejoices Antoine Matarise, president of the Rochefort-du-Gard Festival Committee.

A musette ball for all generations

An event that goes beyond the borders of Roquemaure: “We have people who come from Roquamaure, Alès, Bagnols/Cèze or even 84”. This musette ball will bring together all generations and create bonds, with mixed music ranging from French variety to today’s songs.

The versatile musician and accordionist Marco Imperatori will set the mood by offering a dance repertoire for everyone.

The public will be welcomed from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Jean Galia sports complex in Rochefort-du-Gard. 10 euros per person with free snack.
