The Autumn Fair is coming to Val Briard

These are 50 stands of local producers and artisans which await you on Saturday October 12 (2 p.m. – 7 p.m.) and Sunday October 13 (11 a.m. – 6 p.m.) on the occasion of the 5e edition of the Autumn Fair of the Community of communes of Val Briard. This will take place in the commune of Chapelles Bourbon, both in the Jean-Jacques Barbaux community farm and the L’Envolée performance hall.

Chef Raphaël Haumont will be present

This year, gastronomy will be in the spotlight with the presence of Chef Raphaël Haumont. A doctor in physical chemistry, he masters the workings of molecular cuisine. Several original activities (insect bar, floral blind test, smoothie bike and anti-waste culinary workshops) will also be on the program.

The children have not been forgotten and several activities (wooden games, pumpkin carving, geo-coaching, face painting, etc.) will be dedicated to them. You can also register for free two competitions (the most beautiful carved pumpkin and the best apple pie) with great prizes. Registration for these competitions and workshops can be done on the Envolée ticket office website.

Note, finally, that the Envolée will welcome a concert by the group Mad Maple on Saturday October 12 from 5 p.m. Entrance will be free.

Jean-Jacques Barbaux and l’Envolée community farm: 2, rue des Vieilles Chapelles, Les Chapelles Bourbon. Information and registration: www.louvertureevalbriard.fr.
