Three individuals were arrested for “participation in a criminal association with a view to preparing one or more crimes of personal injury” by investigators from the General Directorate of Internal Security (DGSI).
Three people, including two Afghans, were arrested Tuesday in Haute-Garonne for “violent action project”AFP learned from a source close to the matter.
The national anti-terrorism prosecution (Pnat) confirmed to AFP “the arrest this morning (Tuesday) of three individuals in the Toulouse region as part of an open preliminary investigation” pour “participation in a criminal association with a view to preparing one or more crimes of personal injury”.
These people were arrested at six a.m. in Toulouse and Fronton (Haute-Garonne) by investigators from the General Directorate of Internal Security (DGSI), supported by the Raid, as part of this investigation, added a another source close to the case.
The two Afghans were related, one of the sources said, according to which “they were preparing violent action on French territory”. Their arrest took place following the receipt of information.
