The Interdepartmental Directorate of Eastern Roads (DIR Est) announces major work on the RN4 near the Lunéville-center interchange, from October 10 to 21. These operations concern the repair of engineering structure joints and road repairs. They will cause significant disruption for users of this major route linking to .

A project in three phases

▶ From October 10 to 14: neutralization of the left lanes in both directions of traffic for approximately 4 km, between the Meurthe bridge and the Lunéville-center interchange. Speed ​​will be limited to 90 km/h.

▶ From October 14 to 18:

– Switching of traffic from the Nancy-Strasbourg direction to the opposite direction, with a speed limit of 80 km/h.

– Closure of the exit ramp towards Lunéville-center in the Nancy-Strasbourg direction.

▶ From October 18 to 21: traffic will be reduced to the two right lanes in each direction, with a speed limit of 90 km/h.

A diversion put in place

Motorists coming from Nancy and wishing to exit at Lunéville-Centre will have to continue on the RN4, then take the RN59 to make a U-turn at the Gerbéviller interchange before returning to the RN4.

This work, carried out on behalf of the State, aims to improve the quality and safety of this busy roadway.
