The city of Savigny-le-Temple has taken a new step as part of its vast renewal plan, with the inauguration, Wednesday September 18, of the new Lucioles residence, in the Miroir d’eau district.

This large-scale urban rehabilitation project, started in 2014, is the result of a collaboration between the EPA (Public Development Establishment) Sénart, the developer Cogedim, and the City.

A program of 124 housing units

Innovative in its architecture and design, this real estate program is made up of 124 housing units in total, 53 housing units for purchase, 40 social rental housing units and 31 intermediate rental housing units. And the Lucioles project does not stop at the creation of these housing units, since commercial premises with a surface area of 336m2 also accompany it.

Marie-Line Picherymayor of Savigny-le-Temple, inaugurated this new complex, in the presence of Olivier Guibault, general director of EPA Sénart, Mathieu Lebreton, president of Cogedim Ile-de-, Philippe Labourte, President of Sodes, Anouk Matécki, project architect, Denis Jullemier, president of Habitat 77, and Kildine Fermentel, director of CDC Habitat.

In its project to “rebuild the city within the city”, Savigny-le-Temple has thus completed the renewal of this district, the oldest in the city.
