Running, walking, dancing, concerts. There is no shortage of activities this year to raise awareness of breast cancer screening and raise funds for research. Here are some events not to be missed in Gironde and Dordogne.
Pink October in Gironde
– October 4: Loto in Gaillan-en-Medoc at 8:30 p.m.
– October 5: Dancing Rose dance evening, in Naujac sur Mer at 9 p.m.
Solidarity Walk in Vendays-Montalivet at 5-6 km and 8-9 km at 9:30 a.m.
– October 6: Walk and run of 7 km in Langon at 10am.
Creation of Tote Bag in Lacanau in the West Coworking
– October 11: Photo exhibition in Pujols-sur-Dordogne until October 13
– October 12: Walk and bike tour in Grayan and the Hospital at 2 p.m.
Pink October Salon in Créon
– October 13: 7 km walk in Saint-Symphorien
Zumba Rose in Pauillac at 10am
-October 19 and 20: 7 km run and walk in Bordeaux from 8:30 a.m.
– October 25: Charity concert in Mios
– October 20: Walk in Podensac of 5 and 12 km from 9 a.m.
– October 26: Solidarity March in Saint-Laurent-de-Médoc at 2 p.m.

– October 5: Pink strides in Périgueux from 10 a.m.
Rose Ribbon March in Bergerac at 10am
Run and hike in Mussidan at 2 p.m. then concert at 5 p.m.
– October 6: Walk against breast cancer in Sarlat at 10 a.m.
– October 8: Conference “The benefits of sport on our health” in Bergerac 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the Dordonha amphitheater
– October 19: Excursion to the gardens of Marqueyssac in Vézac in a double-decker bus, followed by a boat trip on the Dordogne. The departure will be from Sarlat and the profits will be donated to the League Against Cancer.
– October 20: Hiking in Campagne at 9 a.m.
