Brian Priske enjoyed watching the Conference League on Thursday evening, as can be seen from his Story on Instagram. The son of Feyenoord’s trainer, , was accurate against the Austrian LASK on behalf of the Swedish Djurgarden.

August Priske was loaned out to FC Eindhoven by FC Midtjylland last season. While his father started working at Feyenoord, the 20-year-old attacker left the Eredivisie last summer. At the beginning of August he switched to Djurgarden, with which he plays in the Conference League.

The day after Feyenoord’s victory over Girona in the Champions League (2-3) the trainer of the Rotterdam team was able to have a small party again. The Dane managed to score the tying goal in the 57th minute of the Conference League match between LASK and Djurgarden. Father Brian celebrated this afterwards on Instagram with two posts in his Story. He first posted a photo of his son with a football and a heart, after which he also posted images of August’s goal.

No victory for Djurgarden

Although Priske managed to score against LASK, his team did not get the three points in the opening game of the Conference League. The home team managed to take the lead after almost half an hour of play through Valon Berisha, after which Florian Flecker doubled the lead five minutes after half-time. With almost an hour on the clock, Priske scored the tying goal, while Tokmac Chol Nguen scored the final score after 65 minutes: 2-2.
