A new meeting is proposed by the municipality of Nojeon-en-Vexin (Eure). Every first Sunday of the month, a local market is set up in the school courtyard.

The first market took place on Sunday April 7, 2024.

The next one is therefore scheduled for this Sunday May 5, 2024.

Local producers and artisans

The public could find the butcher’s shop Fred, who after working in mass distribution kept in touch to buy the best meat from or Eure-et-Loir producers.

A creamery offered butter, cheeses, eggs and even honey, all from Normandy.

A grinder sharpenerfrom Lisors, also offered his services.

There bakery The Moulin de la Virginie d’Étrépagny offered breads and pastries, and a stand of jewelry exhibited his creations.

The public interested in the conviviality of a small local market came in large numbers during the morning.

Laura, accompanied by her daughter Lilou, joined her mother Béatrice, a resident of the village. “We appreciate local productions for their quality. » For them, this market is “also a way of keeping the villages alive”.

Coming as curious people, Patrice and Christine, residents of Frileuse, appreciated the friendly side of the meeting.
