Quebecers will be able to enjoy pleasant temperatures despite the presence of a few clouds in the sky on Saturday.
Morning showers will gradually give way to clouds across the entire province. With temperatures slightly above seasonal norms (20°C), Montrealers will be able to take advantage of their afternoon to do outdoor activities.
A similar scenario was announced for Quebec, where a maximum of 17°C is expected. People in the National Capital will have the chance to see some breaks in the sun, according to Environment Canada.
With the system heading east, it should weaken during the afternoon as it passes Estrie.
“As this band progresses eastwards, we expect the storm line to crumble,” explained Catherine Vallières, meteorologist at Environment Canada.
The latter pointed out that it was a slightly warmer day, but “typically spring”.
rain on Sunday
If Saturday will be marked more by warmer temperatures, this will not be the case on Sunday, since a major low pressure system will affect the province, bringing with it rain.
Quantities of around 10 millimeters are expected depending on the sector.
