A disturbing incident occurred this Tuesday morning in Gard. A young woman was discovered naked and shorn on the side of a road linking Nîmes to Caveirac. She also had traces of violence on her body. It was the victim herself who contacted emergency services to ask for help.

No rape reported

Firefighters, who arrived quickly on the scene, took charge of the young woman and transported her to hospital for treatment. There would have been no rape.
