Finalized last July, the acquisition of the distributor Cora by Carrefour enters a new phase with the gradual transition of the 60 stores under their new brand.
This integration will be carried out in three waves of brand change: a first of 19 stores which will begin on October 1; a second of 20 stores from mid-October and finally, a final wave of 21 stores from the end of October. The changeover will take place during a transition period of approximately two weeks during which hypermarkets will remain open. Concerning the Cora Alès hypermarket, the only one located in Occitanie, it will switch to the Carrefour flag at the end of October.
Commercial highlights
Customers will see their store transform to gradually adopt the codes of the Carrefour group. Initially, the brand will be replaced and the offering of Carrefour products on the shelves will be significantly strengthened. The signage and work clothing will then finalize this change, before a major commercial highlight which will allow us to celebrate this change of brand (October 25 for the first wave, November 5 for the second wave and November 19 for the last wave).
