Marking a first in Africa, the event will welcome world elite riders and horses such as Christian Kukukgold medalist at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and current leader, a selection of the best Moroccan riders as well as high-level sporting shows and entertainment, we can read in a press release. Founded in 2006 by former Dutch Olympic champion Jan Tops, the Longines Global Champions Tour (LGCT) is an international show jumping circuit which takes place each year in 16 stages.

The LGCT 2024 final in Rabat will be held in an equestrian village specially designed for the occasion, nestled between the Hassan Tower, the Grand Théâtre de Rabat and the Mohammed VI Tower.
