The objective of this summit is to promote collaboration between these different actors to develop concrete solutions aimed at improving young people’s access to the job market. According to Andrew Baird, President of the EFE, this gathering is “a unique opportunity to co-create solutions for a promising professional future for young people in the MENA region”. He also highlighted the importance of a joint approach between the public and private sectors to align youth skills with market needs.
