Malika Youssoufine, who has held several management positions in multinationals in various sectors, has just joined the Board of Directors of Allianz Maroc as an independent director.

Changes at Allianz Maroc. The insurance company has co-opted Malika Youssoufine as an independent Director on the Board of Directors of Allianz Maroc. Her appointment aims to bring external know-how and diversified and recognized expertise in key sectors.

With over 30 years of experience in industry and services, Malika Youssoufine has held several management positions in multinationals in various sectors.

Diversified expertise at the service of Allianz

This graduate of Sup de and holder of a DESS in Banking and Finance (University of Bordeaux) and a CESA in Human Resources from HEC , began her career in telephone marketing and communication, before assuming, for six years, the position of Sales Director in a Moroccan industrial company. This first experience allowed her to familiarize herself with the challenges of the industrial sector and to develop her skills in team management and communication.

Between 1992 and 2000, Malika Youssoufine was responsible for communication, then human resources and communication at Ciments du Maroc. In 2000, she joined the AXA group, where she successively held several key positions: Director of Human Resources and Communication of AXA Assurance Maroc, CEO of AXA Assistance Maroc, then Deputy General Manager of AXA Assurance Maroc, still in charge of HR and communication.

In 2013, she joined Lafarge Ciments as Director of Human Resources and Communication, becoming a member of the management committee. In 2014, her scope of responsibilities expanded to CSR and safety. Following the merger between Lafarge Maroc and Holcim Maroc in 2016, she was appointed HR, CSR & Communication Director of LafargeHolcim Maroc, while continuing to supervise safety.

Alongside her corporate responsibilities, Malika Youssoufine is actively involved in promoting Corporate Social Responsibility within the CGEM. She is a member of the CSR label award committee, of which she was vice-president from 2018 to June 2023. As a member of the Club des Femmes Administratrices (CFA), she also campaigns for issues related to parity and diversity, committing to gender equality and representation in the professional world.

Mohammed Amine Benhalima, another reinforcement for Allianz Maroc

In addition to Malika Youssoufine, Allianz Maroc has also co-opted Mohammed Amine Benhalima as an independent director. A consultant for the World Bank, this polytechnician brings solid expertise in the development of capital markets in Morocco. Former Deputy Director General of the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion (CDG), he also headed Fipar-Holding and CDG Capital. His background and knowledge of the Moroccan financial market will strengthen the governance of Allianz Maroc.
