According to our information, the filming of this feature film entitled Mayday started three weeks ago and will continue in Montreal and its surrounding areas until June. Some scenes from the film were filmed around ten days ago at Manoir D’Youville, in Châteauguay.

Vancouver native Ryan Reynolds (Dead Pool) has been seen a few times recently in the metropolis, notably at the funeral of the former Prime Minister of Canada, Brian Mulroney, last Saturday, at the Notre-Dame basilica.

Reynolds’ partner, American actress Blake Lively, would also be in town if we rely on the photos of Montreal restaurants that she published on her Instagram account earlier this week.

Few details have yet filtered out about the plot of Mayday, an action film produced by Skydance Studios and Apple Original Films, Mayday. However, we know that Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley, the director duo behind the adventure comedy Dungeons and Dragons: Thieves’ Honorwill be at the helm of this new feature film.
