In 2017, Celine Dion set her sights on a mansion in Summerlin, Las Vegas, for which she paid $9.2 million. She spent several years renovating it before selling it in 2023. The house is located in a private community called The Summit Club, which reportedly attracted an American investor whose new neighbors are none other than actor Mark Wahlberg and tech mogul Marc Andreessen.
