Saraya has not appeared in AEW since Dynamite on October 8. A long absence left without precise justification other than that she wanted to take a break to devote herself to other projects. An explanation probably too vague for some fans who set out to find a reason themselves.
This research thought it found a first confusing clue when Saraya posted a photo of herself with a Stone Cold sweatshirt:
A fashion inspiration in which an X user saw the explanation for Saraya’s absence. The latter then decided to respond to him and take the opportunity to give an update on her status :
“That’s why Tony isn’t putting you on the air. Get yourself an AEW t-shirt.”
“You’re such an idiot. I asked for time off for the first time in my career for personal reasons and Tony was nice enough to grant it.
-I should also point out that I am a 32 year old woman. I wear whatever fucking clothes I want.”
Personal reasons/projects… one thing is certain, The date of Saraya’s return to AEW remains unknown.
