The gastronomic heritage Seine-et-Marnais is worth the detour. This is what the departmental agency thinks Seine-et-Marne Attractiveness (SMA) which launched, last month, the brand new “Taste network-Made in Seine-et-Marne”. Exceptional restaurants, authentic cuisine and raw products will be promoted, as well as those who bring them to life sustainably.
The objective is to make known and promote this gastronomic heritage by highlighting the know-how local producers, local products, the different points of sale and by promoting circuits courts.
A network that must create links
Before the official launch, two meetings took place in Fontainebleau, then in Meaux. They brought together all the producers of the department, in order to discuss the issues, issues and challenges encountered by the agri-food sector. These two meetings were an opportunity for all stakeholders to identify and create links with their counterpart artisans, restaurateurs and producers while combining their visions and expectations from the field.
New exchanges between Seine-et-Marne Attractiveness and its various partners are planned at the start of the year. They will make it possible to establish a strategy precise information allowing the network to be developed and the first actions to be launched.
