The bullfighting club “La Unica” formalized the cartels of the Feria de Saint-Martin-de-Crau on Saturday April 5 with a bullfight by Escolar Gil and a novillada by François André.
The bullfighting club “La Unica” and its president Alex Guglielmet have formalized the program for the Feria de Saint-Martin-de-Crau which will take place on Saturday April 5.
At the end of the year, the organizers had already formalized the breeders who will tread the sand of the Louis Thiers arenas, respecting the Torist lineage of this Feria. With a bullfight with the Albaserrada of José Escolar Gil and the Santa Coloma of François André for the unstitched novillada.
The day will therefore begin with a non-pitch (11 a.m.) with the novillero from Chiclana, Isaac Galvin who triumphed last year at Boujan. He will be accompanied by Clovis who will begin this stage in the higher category in the ranks of the Béziers bullfighting school.
Lamelas, Solera et Reyes face aux Escolar Gil
For the bullfight (4:30 p.m.), “La Unica” offers an eclectic cartel with maestros experienced in these demanding bullfights. Alberto Lamelas will be the head of Lidia and he will be back in the Crau after his loss last year against the Saltillo bulls. He will be accompanied by Maxime Solera, the French specialist in hard bullfights, who delivered a quality performance last September during the Feria du Riz in Arles against the braves of Valverde.
Finally, the Spaniard Cristobal Reyes will complete the cartel and will present himself as a bullfighter in France. He distinguished himself in 2021 by celebrating an unusual alternative to Sanlucar de Barrameda against the Miura and he opened the great door of Cenicientos (the temple of Torist bullfighting) against the formidable Saltillo.
The sale of packs for the feria will begin this Monday, January 6 (69 euros with places for the novillada, the bullfight and the meal) at 06.41.30.69.27 or by email: [email protected].
