Justin Baldoni has accused Ryan Reynolds of berating him for allegedly badmouthing Blake Lively over her weight.
The 37-year-old actress accused her director and “It Ends With Us” co-star of sexual harassment during the filming of the film. Justin retaliated by filing a $250 million lawsuit against the New York Times newspaper, and leveling a series of accusations against Blake and her husband Ryan.
Justin admitted to asking about Blake’s weight before filming a scene in which he was supposed to lift her. But the actor defended his comments, with his lawsuit describing them as a “reasonable inquiry into crucial information necessary to ensure safety and avoid injury in a scene.”
Justin now accuses Ryan Reynolds of then “humiliating” him at the couple’s New York home.
Justin speculated that the incident might have been planned in advance, noting that “other famous friends were coming in and out of their apartment.”
A Sony representative, cited in the lawsuit, regretted not having “prevented Reynolds from reprimanding Baldoni.”
