Led by the lessor Mon Logement 27, in partnership with Marcilly-sur-Eure, near Saint-André-de-l’Eure, on the site of the former SNCF station, the mixed project includes the construction of twelve collective housing units and a medical home.

Of the twelve accommodations, five have already been allocated and the others will be allocated in the coming days. All tenants will be installed before the end of the year.

Claude Royoux, mayor of Marcilly-sur-Eure.

The medical center, built near a public car park, is operational. This structure, also designed as part of a partnership between Mon Logement 27 and the municipality, will bring together eight health professionals.

“Six of them will move in before the end of the year. A doctor, an advanced practice nurse (APN), two liberal nurses, a prosthetist pharmacist and an osteopath are set up for the start of activity in early 2025. This medical office will make it possible to strengthen the attractiveness of the town center and meet the demands of our citizens, particularly in terms of health,” continues the mayor.
