Carmaux. “The sound of pebbles” show to see with the family

Sunday, December 22 at 3 p.m. in the Beregovoy room, the Carmaux citizens’ council will end the year by offering a show that will delight young and old entitled “The sound of pebbles”, with the company “Les petits choses”, theater and puppets. Coming from nowhere and going somewhere else, three characters traveling on the back of bicycles appear spontaneously and reveal the puzzle of their strange travel diary.

An assembly of sketches to discover, taking your time, their universe… like so many little nothings, little visual, poetic, sound and musical gifts, which question with humor and mischief our relationship to the world, to nature, to time, to the fragility and inconstancy of things. To be discovered at the bend of a street, a festival, a path, a lock, a port, on the banks of a river or on the towpath of a canal…

The company “Les petits choses” was born in 2003 under the leadership of Mathilde Aguirre. After working as an actress, Mathilde Aguirre tackles storytelling, singing and puppetry, her encounter with this discipline is decisive.

Artistic referent, designer and director of the company since 2003, she defends a minimalist, poetic, whimsical and humorous universe.

Mathilde directs her area of research towards the interaction of puppet/manipulator and actor/singer by mixing several artistic disciplines, singing, music, comedy and puppetry.

Entrance €2, free – 16 years old.
